Well, as I've been really busy with work, I took and successfully passed the CCIE DC Written test, this was a huge undertaking as I studied for about a year (during that time I took and passed the CCNA DC test). The test itself wasn't easy but really wasn't hard but I only passed with a 893 and you needed a minimum of 830 to pass. So as far as past test, I did much worse on this test than any other previous test. I did notice there where a lot more multiple answer questions then usual and no command line configurations. there were quite a bit of questions on DCNM which all in all I really didn't study that much. Now the hard part comes, studying for the practical lab. This of course is the hardest part to study for, but I'm up for the challenge. I'm looking to take the 10 day INE CCIE DC boot camp along with attending Cisco Live this year and pretty much eating and sleeping Nexus and UCS. |
